wow philippines..

3 weeks is too short to have a vacation in the Philippines, though this is the longest vacation I ever had since I had my first job.. Usually I will be allowed to take vacation leave max of 3 days.. and of course thanks to long weekend holidays.. hehehe.. sometimes need to tell white lies just to allow me to extend my vacation.. hahaha…

It’s very worthy that I spent my holidays in the Philippines.. so much things and happenings to do.. since I need to transit in Sydney, Australia because there is no direct flight to Manila from Vanuatu, I decided to stay overnight in Sydney just to explore the city.. wheew.. awesome.. I have finally seen the opera house, QVB shopping mall, town hall CBD.. still so many places to explore in Sydney and overnight stay is not enough to explore Sydney..

Below are the happenings I enjoyed so much while staying in the Philippines for 3 weeks:

10. Shopping Galore in SM Manila, SM Mall of Asia, and Robinson’s Galleria..
Since I haven’t done my shopping for the past 4 months, ala kc mall sa Vanuatu.. heheh.. I grab the opportunity to go to the shopping malls.. heheh.. I intentionally brought my bag empty from vanuatu to manila to bring more things back in Vanuatu.. smuggler nman pla.. :D

9. House Visit to Mam Zhar
Damn. I have no idea that it’s Mam Zhar’s bday on that day, I just went to LTO to renew my driver’s license and learned that her house is just near in LTO that’s why I decided to drop by in her place.. **toink **toink.. I have no gifts nor any present to her and learned only that her bday is on that day when I had a phone call with Joy.. tsk tsk..

8. Lunch out at Mr. Poon (Dela Costa St.) in Makati with my former colleagues in GT
It’s a tradition when a former employee will visit GT, he/she must treat for a lunch out.. heheh.. good thing, because this is the only time you can see all your colleagues at one shot ;p

7. First time shopping @ Fiesta Mall, Duty Free
Hahaha.. funny might it seems, but it’s a good feeling that all your hard works pay for you.. feeling OFW ako.. hahahaha ;p buti na lng at may limit ang pag shopping sa duty free other wise, I will run out of dollars… heheheh :D

6. Library comedy bar hang-out with my college friends

Wheew.. Filipinos are really talented… they really know how to entertained people.. full of laughs and green minded stories.. nyahaha ;p

5. Bowling session with my former colleagues in RNI
Good to see all my former colleagues in my section in GT.. we already have so many outings that we had organized with the section but this one is different, because I am no longer part of the team.. huhuh.. Soar high RNI!! Ay wala na palang RNI.. hehehe ;p

4. Night bar parties with my AUSG friends in Malate
I really miss bar hopping back in my college, the way we used to do with my friends in the student council when we go out late at night already in the council office.. great to see once again the future leaders of the nation.. heheheh ;p

3. Starbucks session in Pacific Star
The usual habit in GT.. coffee and yosi session in starbucks.. hehehe.. one good thing in drinking coffee, aside from drinking alcohol ofcourse, is that there are so many stories to share.. stories to learned.. ;)

2. Quezon Province escapade with my college barkadas

What an escapade for relaxation… the beach and resort is good.. plus I have with me my closest friends.. what else can I request.. full of happiness and laughter..

1. Boracay Summer fever with my family..
It’s my first time to treat my family out of town.. It’s such a fulfilling and very rewarding to myself that this time I’m the one who will treat them in an out of town.. Usually since I was a kid, my dad or my mom will just tell us that we will go out of town.. but this time I took the initiative to do the same.. I’m very happy and blessed just to see my family smiling in my own little way…

As they say, there’s no other place than Manila.. yes its true.. I still want to come back to Manila…

Naks.. pwede na ata ako maging secretary ng department of tourism sa pagplu2g.. hahaha ;p

See you Manila in 6 months time ;)
